Prize Raffle — Official Rules

1. Sponsor / Administrator

This raffle is sponsored and administered by the Wild Sheep Foundation (“WSF”).

2. Raffle Period

Ticket sales will close on November 15th, 2025 at 8pm. All entries must be received before the closing date. All ticket sales are final.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents age 18 or older, where participation is lawful.
Residents of Kansas, Hawaii, New Jersey, Utah, Washington, and Arizona are prohibited by state gaming laws from participating.
WSF employees, staff, board members, and their immediate families are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter / Ticket Purchases

Tickets may only be purchased online through the official raffle page. Ticket packages are available as follows:

120 tickets for $2,000
50 tickets for $1,000
20 tickets for $500
15 tickets for $200 (Limited Supply)
10 tickets for $200
4 tickets for $100
1 ticket for $50

Entries are final and non-refundable. Tickets are valid only for this raffle.

5. Prize(s)

One (1) prize winner will receive an all inclusive combo hunt listed on the website.
Estimated Retail Value $46,000 USD
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except by WSF in its discretion in case of unavailability.
All taxes, fees, and additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Drawing / Winner Selection

Drawing will be held on [Drawing Date & Time, Time Zone].
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold.
Winner need not be present to win.

7. Notification & Claiming

Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 30 days after the drawing.
Winner must respond within 30 days and provide proof of age and identity.
If winner fails to respond or is deemed ineligible, an alternate may be selected.

8. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winner consents to WSF’s use of their name, likeness, and related information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

WSF reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle in the event of fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond its control.
WSF disclaims all liability related to participation, prize acceptance, or use of prize, except where prohibited.
Participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of WSF, which are final.

10. Governing Law

This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Montana. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montana.
